A previous client (private homeowner) that we had served through the Energy Company Obligation Scheme approached Allen Energy Consultants for further support and advice on installation of solar panels on their property (Lydbrook, Gloucestershire).
The client had requested an independent review and appraisal of a quotation from an installer.
After agreeing a solution that would best meet their needs, a telephone call consultation was agreed. Ahead of the call the quotation was reviewed and a list of key features to discuss for was created for framing the discussion and ensuring expectations were met.
Over the course of the consultation, the technology around photovoltaic panels were further demystified, with an independent assessment of what was being proposed by the installer. The client was reassured by being able to ask specific questions to us, a trusted source who had previously supported them with other energy efficiency measures.
