As fully accredited Energy Assessors we provide a number of services to both individuals and commercial property owners, as well as organisations involved in the surveying, grant application, design and installation of energy efficiency measures industry. Born from a need to tackle the reduction of CO2 from an existing built infrastructure within the UK, we are primarily focused on providing the following services, performing a professional and prompt service.
Domestic Energy Performance Certificates (Domestic EPC)
Whether you are selling your property, renting or applying for one of the government backed energy efficiency and zero emission schemes, you will need an up to date and relevant EPC. We are able to provide an EPC using the Reduced Data Standard Assessment Procedure (RdSAP) calculation. The document provides an efficiency rating and cost analysis of the building on its energy usage. It also provides a set of recommendations for the specific building for improving energy efficiency.
We are able to provide additional energy consultancy services to help you navigate these improvements from an independent point of view.
Commercial Energy Performance Certificates (Existing & New Build)
Using the Simplified Building Energy Model (SBEM) calculation we provide services to commercial property developers, owners and real estate looking to obtain, Building Regulation UK Part L reports (BRUKL) and Non-Domestic EPCs. Where the BRUKL certificate is required at the design stage of a new building as part of Building Regulations the EPC can be issued on construction. The calculation provides monthly CO2 emissions and energy usage of the building, considering the property features and construction. Up to date Non-Domestic EPCs are also required for selling, renting or as a means of identifying how to improve property energy efficiency.

PAS 2035 Retrofit Assessment, Coordination & Property Energy Consulting
Our approach to Energy management is from a point of conservation, micro generation and zero carbon technologies. We aim to provide specific solutions to meet the project goals, delivering high-quality and accurate independent assessment and advice to support our clients.
Conservation
As fully accredited PAS 2035 Retrofit Assessors and our affiliated PAS 2035 Retrofit Coordinators, we approach property improvements (both domestic and commercial) from a ‘fabric first principle.’ We utilise our knowledge of Passivhaus design principles in deploying new build and retrofit projects. For existing buildings these principles have been revised to a standard known as EnerPHit, providing a step-by-step guide to improving energy efficiency by circa 90%.
Micro generation and zero carbon technologies
We provide independent technical site assessment and advice for deploying micro-generation systems and technologies. We work from a solid background in site assessment and professional knowledge and experience of solar panel systems (PV), battery technology and heat pumps.
